REQUIREMENTS:

Must have CDL A for a minimum of 2 years
No reckless driving convictions within the last 3 years
No DWI or DUI convictions within the last 3 years
No more than one moving violation within the past year and no more than two moving violations or accidents within the past 3 years
No major preventable accidents within the past two years
No more than 7 jobs in the last 5 years
