Our employees are not only part of history, they’re making history.What You’ll get to Do:You will be responsible for maintaining smooth operation of classified multi-user computer systems.Duties will include interaction with users to determine hardware/software requirements and installation and configuration of hardware, operating systems and COTS.
Ancillary duties will include, but are not limited to, evaluation of vendor products, providing recommendations to purchase hardware and software, providing backup recovery, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, and computing asset management.
Applicant must be experienced in STIG configuration, classified processing, and security procedures.This position may be filled at either the Systems Administrator or Principal Systems Administrator grade based on the qualifications listed below.Basic Qualifications for a Systems Administrator:3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 1 year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degreeSystems Administration of Windows and Linux Operating SystemsVirtualization experience such as ESXExperience with Ansible or similar technologiesExperience managing a highly virtualized testing labAbility to obtain and maintain Security+ certificationCurrent DoD Secret security clearanceAbility to obtain SAP clearanceBasic Qualifications for a Principal Systems Administrator:6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 4 year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degreeSystems Administration of Windows and Linux Operating SystemsVirtualization experience such as ESXExperience with Ansible or similar technologiesExperience managing a highly virtualized testing labAbility to obtain and maintain Security+ certificationCurrent DoD Secret security clearanceAbility to obtain SAP clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience with remote and local system deploymentsFamiliarity with Linux & Unix Operating Systems,VMware virtualization and management (V-Sphere 5.X or later),Familiarity with NAS and SAN technologies (NetApp SAN, EMC SAN, HP NAS)CISSP or Microsoft OS CertificationSalary Range: 74272 111408Salary Range 2: 91960 137940Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
