Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking candidates for a Senior Organization Design and Culture Analyst.

This position reports to the Manager of Culture & People Operations, willbe based in Melbourne, FL or Palmdale, CA and may require some travel.

Key Responsibilities:Guide and consult with business leaders and HR partners on organization transformations, reorganizations, realignments, and large-scale organization interventions for the Aeronautics Systems SectorDesign and implement organizational structural design changes to achieve business objectives, including assessing the impacts to capabilities, organization design, workflow, tools, roles and behaviorsConduct assessments, implement strategies, and make recommendations to create systemic cultural shifts, improve the employee experience, and increase leader, team and organization effectivenessDefine and assess the needed organization design and/or change management work and lead the development and delivery of a structured change management plan to support sector and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including stakeholder assessments, communications, organizational transition, change readiness, and capability transferDesign, build, and deliver transformational workshops to senior leaders and executives to accelerate culture change, improve employee engagement, enable the business strategy, and deliver key business outcomesCoach high performing senior and executive level leaders to drive transformational leadership behaviors and support employee empowerment, accountability, continuous improvement, and organizational innovationCollect, share, and publicize resources, tools and best practices to support cultural transformation and HR capabilities evolutionDeliver and maintain the tools and processes to measure and report out outcomes related to organizational effectiveness and change management initiativesA successful candidate will have the following characteristics:Unwavering ethics and values; serve as a trusted partnerPassionate about continuously improving and driving changeStrong partner and inclusive collaborator; ability to build strongrelationships focused on team, organizational, and business successStrong influencing skills, with proven ability in coaching, motivating and inspiring executive and senior leadersBusiness acumen; understanding of how culture can accelerate business resultsSystems thinking approach with ability to leverage systems functionality to advance organizational strategy and objectivesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills; Knows how to influence through storytellingExperience managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously, with strong scoping and project management skillsAbility to build trust and collaborate with teams in a global and virtual environmentAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills#LI-KT1Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in Organization Effectiveness and/or Organization Design or related disciplines OR Master’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in Organization Effectiveness and/or Organization Design or related disciplinesDemonstrated experience in Organization Design, including implementation of new structures and operating modelsDemonstrated experience leading organizational assessments that result in strategies which improve organizational performance and business outcomesDemonstrated experience facilitating large-scale organizational transformation and/or change management initiatives with substantial project management skills Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Design, Human Resources Management, or Human ResourcesProfessional certifications in Change Management (Prosci certification preferred) or Organization DesignExperience with adult learning principles and demonstrated success designing and facilitating large scale workshops and senior leadership meetingsExperience with culture change initiatives that align to the business strategy and drive business resultsExperience with management and/or executive consultingAdvanced knowledge and understanding of change management principles, methodologies and toolsAdvanced knowledge in organizational design, development, and consultationNorthrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
