Cashiers ensure that each guest gets exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items, repeating back their order and being knowledgeable of the menu and the ordering system.
This is a key role in the restaurant because you are trained to be efficient in processing orders but need to bring your natural, friendly personality to the forefront to make each guest feel special.
Handling credit cards, rewards cards and cash takes focus and precision which is why each cashier is trained thoroughly prior to being independent.As a Server:You will be greeting guests with a smile and serving them the great food they have come to enjoy.
You’re responsible for making sure that all food goes to each guest exactly the way they ordered it, to our high standards and always ensure hot foods are hot and cold foods are cold.
Remember that packaging is equally important so you must ensure that orders are set up correctly for dine-in and packaged correctly with all utensils, napkins and condiments for delivery or carry out.
You will be trained to keep all service areas including dining room, beverage areas and front service areas stocked and clean at all times.
