Your role:
In your role as a Test Coordinator, you will serve as the direct contact between the government and outside customers as an integral part of a test team. You will be responsible and accountable to meet all deliverable reporting requirements for test programs and projects. Products produced and maintained by the test coordinator are deliverable to and inspect-able by managers internally and by customers externally. Areas under the direct cognizance of the Test Coordinator include but are not limited to: project planning, estimating, reporting, coordinating and execution within a test directorate and routinely cross-directorate. This includes establishing, entering, maintaining, and updating data in multiple software packages to ensure customers have complete and accurate project information at all times. As a Test Coordinator you will coordinate administrative, financial, and logistical aspects of project management to track the cost and schedule of tests. You will insure labor, material, and travel charges are correct and will communicate to the government and customer regarding funding depletion; monitor and report on performance against plans to ensure cost objectives are not exceeded. Finally, you will analyze, interpret and report on financial data derived from multiple sources to your government customer.
What you’ll do all day:
Monitor project funding, allocations, and expenses
Draft cost proposals and support agreements
Monitor test schedules and milestones
Work with multiple test directorates and divisions
Attend customer meetings
Use customer provided business tool – these include: ADSS, PMM, CET, VDLS, PRO3, and SharePoint
Ensure Safety Documents (NEPA, HRPP, OPSEC, TRR, TSRA) and Test Plans/Reports are completed and filed in appropriate project files
Project setup, monitoring, maintenance, and termination

Minimum requirements for this position:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from accredited* college/university and 1 year of applicable experience developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet project requirements; providing project status with regard to funding, schedule, and milestones; providing comparative analysis for budget and actual costs; validating costs; comparing performance against plans; and reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources.
Must be extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office software including Project
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance
Must be a US Citizen
Desired skills and experience for this position:
Exposure to aviation or missile testing environment highly desirable
