Our starting wage for the Move-In Coordinator ranges from $14 to $15 per hour.About your role as a Move-In Coordinator: – Responsible for move-in process upon receipt of community fees. – Daily Review of new resident checklist. – Coordinates move in dates with families and movers (if needed). – Works with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure units are move in ready. – Enters inquiry form data into Sherpa. – Organizes and completes move in packages and upload to Yardi. – Manage Community”s Facebook page. – Assists Marketing Director with coordination of events. Success Criteria: – High school diploma or GED. – Minimum 2 years previous experience in an administrative and customer relations role. – Proficiency in operating a computer and Microsoft Office Software. – Social media experience a plus.
