Adecco is currently hiring for a mortgage fulfillment position at a local leading lender.

Currently, we are assisting a local client in recruiting for a Mortgage Fulfillment position in Cincinnati, Ohio.

As a Mortgage Fulfillment specialist at our client site, you will perform a wide range of duties related to the Mortgage Fulfillment process.

Duties may include assistance in Correspondent Fulfillment, Closing, Post Closing, and or Processing and Pre-Underwriting of all conventional, government, and portfolio residential mortgage loans including the most complex files.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with internal partners, teammates, and leaders to manage and resolve customer service Issues to meet or exceed goals, objectives, and standards.

Investigates internal and external customer inquiries and independently researches and resolves problems related to assigned processes.

Maintain knowledge of processes in order to handle escalated problems and issues.

Adhere to defined compliance, regulatory, and risk guidelines.

Retrieve needed documents from various customers, internal partners, settlement agents, lenders, county clerk offices etc.

Accurately enters reported customer issues into a database for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting before end of business day.

Validate and audit documents according to state, county, and investor guidelines as well as internal system procedures.

Responsible for the determination of requirements, review and completion of all due diligence processed associated with assigned tasks.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong PC skills (MS Office) required Demonstrated organizational skills.
