As a member of the MCTSP contract team providing critical mission command training to ARNG Units, you will be trusted to deliver technical and training solutions at the right time to support critical Government priorities. Available positions/descriptions follow: * Mission Command Assessment Team Lead – Manages a team of subject matter experts as part of a Mission Command Assessment Team (MCAT) responsible for the installation operation, integration, troubleshooting communications, application configurations, establish network addresses and connections, monitor and analyze system performance, recommend and perform application maintenance, upgrade as needed, conduct data backups, system recovery, install information assurance vulnerability alert (IAVA) patches, security updates, responding to critical vulnerabilities, and conducting remediation before, during, and after training exercises using. As the Lead for the MCAT provide4s the overall management coordination for all training environment technical, networking, exercise design and required operational support. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Mission Command Assessment Team Lead GDIT LCAT Network Administrator Advisor):
* BS or BA degree (subject immaterial)
* IAT-II Certification, able to attain IAT-III Certification
* Secret Clearance
* At least five years’ of leadership experience
* Minimum of five years’ experience or equivalence in system administration, network planning, and use of Army MCSs, and possess all required technical certifications.
* Experienced in DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assess and Authorize process and Cyber Security requirements.

* Proficient with MS Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel) * Mission Command Assessment Team (MCAT) Network Engineer (GDIT LCAT Network Administrator Senior – The MCAT Network Engineer function is to perform as the overall communications architect and MCAT communication support lead to coordinate with outside agencies and training units. The Network Engineer will create/establish communications architecture, coordinate communications plans, configure communications equipment, implement directed Cybersecurity processes, and assist in installing equipment and circuitry in support of distributed exercises. The Network Engineer coordinates all aspects of the communications architecture and exercise support plans with communications planners at other simulation facilities, the MTC, NEC, and participating tactical units. Plans include distribution of data, voice, and VTC over both LAN and WAN in both classified and unclassified modes for training enabler system supported networks; NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and tactical networks. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * MCAT Network Engineer: * Minimum of five years’ experience in Network Architecture design and implementation.
* Experience in network design, troubleshooting and maintenance skills on a Cisco centric network and Cisco router, switch and firewall configuration.
* A strong understanding of technology integration and information flow including LAN/WAN, firewalls, security, storage, and backup methodologies.
* Experience with specific product lines (Cisco, Fujitsu, Hewlett Packard, and Tripwire),
* Understanding of the RMF Assess and Authorize process and Cyber Security requirements.
* Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA). This individual must have a SECRET Clearance.

* Mission Command Assessment Team (MCAT) Cybersecurity Engineer (Training Specialist Sr Advisor) – The MCAT Cybersecurity Engineer function is to perform as the overall training systems security architect and Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for the MCAT with coordination responsibility with outside agencies and training units. The Cybersecurity Engineer will create/establish information systems security architecture, coordinate cybersecurity communications plans, implement cybersecurity processes, support RMF compliance processes and assist in installing equipment and circuitry in support of distributed exercises. The Cybersecurity Engineer coordinates all aspects of the information systems security architecture and exercise support plans with communications planners at other simulation facilities, the MTC, NEC, and participating tactical units. Plans include distribution of data, voice, and VTC over both LAN and WAN in both classified and unclassified modes for simulations/stimulation networks; NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and tactical networks. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * MCAT Cybersecurity Engineer: * Minimum of five years’ experience in Network Architecture design and implementation.
* Experience in network design, troubleshooting and maintenance skills on a Cisco centric network and Cisco router, switch and firewall configuration.
