Pay: $18-$25/hr. (depending on experience)
Schedule: 7:30AM-4:00PM OR 8:00AM-5:00PM (M-F)
Job Duties:
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
- Ignite torches or start power supplies and strike arcs by touching electrodes to metals being welded, completing electrical circuits
- Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations
- Operate manual welding equipment to fuse metal segments, using processes such as gas metal arc and plasma arc welding
- Other job duties assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years MIG Welding experience
- Able to read drawings and blueprints
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Must maintain excellent attendance
