Job Responsibilities Administer and support the Office 365 suite configurations and policies Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms Provide subject matter expertise and support of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure with emphasis in security (Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies for Office 365, Azure AD Identity Protection, Conditional Access (CA), Azure Information Protection and Office365 Message Encryption), architectural design, migration management and support of large-scale implementations Provide support in Compliance data retention leveraging Office 365 Data Loss Protection (DLP), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Native Office 365 capabilities such as retention policies including Office 365 eDiscovery Advanced eDiscovery Service Health monitoring using Office 365 console and actively respond based on system alerts and notification Provide support and guidance of new Office 365 features and functionality (Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Groups, Planner, PowerApps, etc.) Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and other O365 collaboration tools. Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions on Microsoft Teams, providing deep technical knowledge on various Teams elements deployed in an Enterprise environment In-depth knowledge of Authorization Authentication in Microsoft hybrid environment and experience with Azure AD including Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Effectively translate technical specifications and errors through written and verbal communications to both technical and non-technical stake holders Required Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or workmilitary experience. Qualifications 8-10 years overall IT systems experience with 3-5 years as an Office 365 specialist in a 5000+ user environment Advanced knowledge of Office 365 Platform, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Security Compliance Center, Office ProPlus and OneDrive for Business Experience with PowerShell for managing on-premises and O365 environment Familiar with application monitoring tools, reviewing log files, and be available on occasion for off hours emergency support for critical applications Knowledge of Office365 licensing, features, and policy management.
