JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the integrated communication and promotion of divisional programs and services.
Collaborates with others to develop and implement programs and communication materials for targeted audiences which enhances awareness and the utilization of division programs and services.
Creates effective promotional materials including articles, brochures, forms and flyers.
May design, coordinate and update organizational website and related websites to educate and to promote activities and programs.
Leads projects as assigned.
May be responsible for or assist in the management and allocation of funds associated with the daily operations of communication services.
Develops reports and recommendations to sustain high quality.
Maintains records, documents, contacts, and other sources of communication essential to the performance of duties.
Serves as an internal communication consultant for programs and services.
May assist in evaluating, measuring and responding to issues related to quality of services provided.
May conduct evaluations, surveys, and focus groups to assist in quality improvement efforts.
May research constituents satisfaction with divisional programs and services.
Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or other related field.
Five years of experience in the development of marketing and informational materials, writing/research, project management, and/or information technology.
Knowledge of publishing and other related software.
Demonstrated creativity in the design of communications materials.
