The MedSurg Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced 30 bed unit, and will be joining a hard-working department dedicated to producing only the highest rate of patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
Reporting to the Charge Nurse, the MedSurg Registered Nurse will be supported by a healthcare team that respects and works collaboratively with nursing staff. This hospital prides itself on providing high quality care in order to achieve their goal of being a place of healing, caring and connection for patients and families in the community they call home.
The MedSurg Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering of quality patient care, assessment, patient problems list, planning care, implementation of care plan, evaluation of care, education of patient and family, excellent communication skills, exhibiting professional behavior, delegating, directing and supervision of patient care within the MedSurg department. This highly collaborative role will act as a liaison between patients and families providing high quality care.
