Honeywell is actively recruiting a Materials Management Analyst II to join our team in Muncie, IN.

As a Materials Management Analyst within our Honeywell Thermal Solutions business; You will become part our Centralized Planning Organization. It is the Central Planning teams mission is to ensure planning of our factories and raw materials are done so in a way that delights our customers with best-in-class performance. You will be empowered to define and improve strategic planning activities of Inventory goods and services from suppliers. You will analyze, optimize and replenish inventory levels to meet the factories required stocking levels. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs and validate MRP signals to maintain the best possible inventory levels. You will have the opportunity to apply, develop and communicate new ways of driving materials planning excellence. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about winning, solving critical problems and strives to become their best by showing courage and commitment!

Key Responsibilities

• Solve material related problems
• Ensure timely material ordering
• Engineering Change Requests
• Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
• Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory
• Provide data and analysis
• Escalate shortages and potential shortages

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma

WE VALUE

• Experience in manufacturing planning
• Experience with MRP/ERP Systems
• Ability to lead process improvement
• Knowledge in Sigmaor lean
• Ability to work independently and take direction from others
• Established skills and experience in Materials management
