The Materials Coordinator job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of a HS diploma or GED (required) Are able to lift up to 40lbs. unassisted (required) Have prior shipping/receiving, warehouse, and/or inventory experience (strongly preferred) Have proficient skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook (strongly preferred) Have strict attention to detail (required) What’s a typical day as a Materials Coordinator? You’ll be r esponsible for a variety of hands-on and administrative tasks associated with inventory control, stocking, kitting, expediting, and shipping/receiving. Typical duties will include: Receiving, unpacking and examining items to ensure all expected items have arrived (compare to bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders, and other records) Preparing materials for shipment, coordinating carrier pick-ups, and completing shipping documents for daily shipments Processing and maintaining returned goods Other responsibilities as assigned Why you should apply to be a Materials Coordinator: Competitive Wage: $22.00/hour Great work/life balance: Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch (you will be scheduled to work 36 hours/week but will be paid for 40 hours if you work all 3 full shifts as scheduled) Environment: innovative and progressive company culture Climate-controlled facility Full benefits including medical/dental/vision plans, paid holidays, paid time off, and the ability to contribute to a 401K plan What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
