LaborMAX Staffing – Burlington Job: Shipper/Packer Location: Lyman Pay: $15.00 Pay Frequency: Every Friday at 4pm Schedule: Mon-Thur Shift: 7:15a-5:45p Type: Entry Level Duration: Temp-to-hire (30 working days, then permanent) Job Description: Lumber is manufactured in the sawmill and comes out on a moving set of chains. After the grading and pulling is done the carts of checked lumber are pushed to the shipping staging area for banding, labeling, and staging for pick up and loading. Opportunity for advancement for a quick learner with good attendance. *Stacking lumber that comes off the chains into neat piles *Banding it together using a bander *Labeling the stack per code, staging area, and customer *Filling out and filing finished product with office Requirements: *Able to lift 20+lbs repeatedly *Ability to learn in-house proprietary grades *Ability to work independently, or as part of a small team to accomplish tasks required About LaborMAX Staffing: At LaborMAX, our focus is always on doing the right thing for our clients, partners, and field team members.
