What the role is
Responsible for all departments, processes, programs and locations in the country under his/her care.
The Country Partner will be a strategic player in the successful rollout of Selina in a new country, as well as the profitable management of the operation in every location within it. The Country Partner will be instrumental and a key decision maker in the recruiting of all the Country-level personnel.
What you will be doing
Act as a legal representative for Selina in the assigned country.
Provide them with guidance and support.
What you need for the role
5 years experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Related Business in a management position
Low and High Skill Wellness Delivery
Staff who are wellness-focused and have a passion themselves (or hold a qualification) can deliver a wellness activity in the location for our Luna Loyalty Program.
If it’s a High skill wellness activity they must provide their qualification (ie Yoga, high-intensity fitness, Performance running/cycling).
