Job Responsibilities:
As a LPN you will be responsible for the administering of medications to the residents as ordered by the attending physician, the nurse supervisor, charge nurse, and/or Director of Nursing Services. Job duties include (but are not limited to):
- Administer medications to residents.
- Refill and clean the stock cart.
- Administer medications in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures and practices of the facility and the requirements of the state.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
The qualified candidate will have an LPN license in the appropriate state. Experience in a healthcare setting working with the geriatric population is required.Strong computer skills are a must due to the use of an electronic medical records system.
