Min hours required to remain active/12 per month Flexible Shifts Competitive Pay Opportunity to experience providing care in different patient settings: Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Long Term Care, and Alzheimers & Dementia Units Responsibilities include but are not limited to: care delivery, such as IV therapy, treatments, wound care, med administration, and other clinical needs according to physicians orders and patient plan of care.

Performs comprehensive assessments within the scope of the nursing practice and respond to patient change in conditions.
