Company Overview:

Peregrine Senior Living, an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community has openings for a full-time and part-time LPN. Every other weekend availability a must. 

LPN Responsibilities include:

· Assisting the Resident Care Director with managing Resident Care Department, monitoring the health and well-being of residents including medication management, communication with medical provider and transcription of orders, developing and implementing Individual service plans and ensuring the ideal plan to meet the unique needs of the evening shift.

· Work collaboratively to maintain ongoing communication with residents, their families, physicians, Resident Care Team and the Executive Director and regarding residents’ and departmental supportive needs.

 

LPN Qualifications include:

· Experience in Assisted Living preferred

· Licensed Practical Nurse and currently registered

· Must have knowledge/ability to learn state DOH regulations for Adult Home Memory Care

· Supervisory experience preferred / Capability of Learning

– Computer literacy and comfort level utilizing an electronic medication system
