Report these to the attending physician.Give direct physical and psychological nursing care in emergencies, as well as in the presence of an illness or disability, in order to maintain life, provide comfort, reduce stress, and enhance the residents ability to cope.Provide information to resident and family members of prevention techniques and other ways to maintain or improve the general health and psychosocial status of the resident.Must be able to deliver quality nursing care knowledgeably and competently to patientsBe a Force on the Floor: Lead team by example when passing medications, assisting residents with personal care, and completing paperwork.Communicate effectively to RN Supervisor all residents change in conditionsGENERAL REQUIREMENTSValid and active state-issued Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred, but new grads welcome.Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.High School Diploma or equivalentPlease contact HR Director Yvonne Schaeffer at 216-291-8585 to schedule your interview todayRichmond Heights Place is managed by Frontline Management.
