LPN

Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit. Professional nursing practices, requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill are performed in accordance with practice policy, procedure, and philosophy. Education and Experience Minimum Preferred Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing Experience: 1-year Med/Surg experience Previous experience in an oncology office practice/outpatient setting. Computer/Software Knowledge: Basic computer literacy including: MS Office, PACS) Knowledge of McKesson software products Licensure/ Certification Current licensure or eligibility from Delaware Board of Nursing. BLS required. Special Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: Flexibility and a good work ethic. Demonstrates effective communication skills and ability to educate patients regarding their plan of care. Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
