Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilites & Duties:
- delivering nursing care to our residents
- collecting resident data and enter in our PCC system
- making observations
- reporting resident information to supervisor
- direct and supervise other nursing staff memver as needed
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in – Missouri
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
