Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day efforts of the Secondary Marketing team.
• Generating and managing the mortgage rate sheet on a day-to-day basis.
• Verifying accuracy of rate lock requests and communicating deficiencies to appropriate parties.
• Processing requests for rate lock extensions and relocks.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines related to performance of job functions.
• Manage multiple responsibilities and adhere to tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
• Other duties as assigned related to the successful placing of loans into the Secondary Market.

Required Skillset:

• Understanding of financial and operational functions, with a good mathematical skillset.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, while balancing multiple locks and responsibilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel with some programming experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Job requirements: Associate degree and/or 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service-related position preferred, but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
