RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Loan Reviewer. Summary: In this role, the Loan Reviewer is responsible for completing reconveyance deeds for paid off loans in a multi-state, high volume environment. The Loan Reviewer is also responsible for accurately and timely managing their daily queue by entering the information from the Deed of Trust according to State guidelines, into the reconveyance system ensuring special handling for MERS, acquired loans and outsourced products within the established state-by-state guidelines.
