We are experiencing rapid growth based on exemplary customer service, a wide array of loan programs, and ability to maintain excellent compliance with constantly changing industry rules and regulations.

Immediate expanding plans include: the hiring of more in house DE Underwriters and Level 2 Processors.
MLO must possess excellent sales skills with uncanny customer service, and ability to multi-task.

A proven track record is preferred, but professional references also welcome to satisfy career performance.

Requirements:

· Must have State and Federal NMLS License

· Must have at Least 1 Year Mortgage Experience

· Must have knowledge of guidelines for all programs including FHA, Conventional, HARP, Etc…

· Must have strong communication and time management skills

· Must be a top producer at your current company
