Job Title: LoaderReports To: Assistant Store ManagerJob Location: Store LocationFLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt. Positions may be Full or Part-Time; Seasonal or Non-SeasonalJOB SUMMARYThis position allows for multi-tasking on many different projects; however, the primary focus is loading customer vehicles after a purchase. Other duties include stocking shelves and outside areas with product, unloading delivery trucks, retrieving carts from the parking lots, assisting customers with their questions and maintaining a clean work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills by consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations of retail service.JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide excellent customer service by helping load items into a customer’s vehicle Obtain signature from customer for load-out ticket Do “carry outs” from the store to the car Maintain the look of products inside and outside by keeping products leveled off and full Make sure products are priced Ensure the parking lot, corral, and bull pen are cleaned and maintained Restack or level off products when time permits Use general office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, computer Operate Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, ladder, and other retail equipment May be required to cross train and perform other dutiesQUALIFICATIONS Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient Ability to work independently without supervision Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotely Ability to complete computer-based trainingSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES NonePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Good visual acuity and close vision for computer work Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30-50 pounds repetitively Ability to use a ladder and/or pallet jack Repetitive wrist movements on keyboard Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day Ability to verbally communicate effectively and professionally with all audiences (in-person or via handheld transceiver)Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
