Completely live and with just the click of a button, we can make your graduation speech or home cooking show look like a Netflix special, all for a fraction of the cost of a typical production crew.About the JobAs the leader of the Business Operations team, you will work with the VP of Operations to shape the strategic direction of LiveControl’s Service Delivery model.
You will help define and fully own strategic initiatives within the broader Operations team to improve customer outcomes, team flexibility, and efficiency.
You will work within the Operations team which oversees the customer relationship after sale, including onboarding, renewal, successful event productions, and our growing contractor marketplace of high-end camera operators.
You will also lead KPIs and analytics to ensure that we are constantly improving on our scorecard and use it to define opportunities for new initiatives.
Every week you will have the opportunity to think strategically, analytically, and show a strength in execution in a start-up environment.You will thrive as an individual contributor at hire, with the ability to quickly build and lead a small Business Operations team.What You’ll DoWork with the VP of Operations to define the vision and roadmap for LiveControl’s service delivery modelTurn strategic direction and empathy for customers into clear and actionable execution plansPartner and build trust with Operations team leaders and other departments to help us win as “one team”Conduct analyses associated with identifying opportunities for improvement across process, people and technologyQuickly design solutions to enable seamless operations across functional silosDeploy initiatives for short (quick hits), medium (process changes), and long-term (e.G., automation) across global operationsDefine, manage, and extract insights from our metrics and KPIsHelp select and oversee implementation of software and no-code initiatives to improve workflow and automationJoin the Operations Leadership TeamQuickly grow into a manager of a business operations teamWho You Are:Minimum of 2-5 years experience at a top Management Consulting and/or high growth SaaS company in the operations and technology sector1+ years experience with a fast-moving, scrappy, start-up environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or technical field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred (or comparable level of experience)Significant cross-functional project management experience with ability to drive through obstacles and manage to deadlinesStrong problem-solver (to include process redesign, root cause analysis, and cost/benefit analysis)Ability to do quantitative modeling and analysis in excel (e.G., scenario planning, forecasting.
