Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $49,263.50 /year

Requirements:

· This is a live-in position working 7 days on and then 7 days off

· Minimum of 21 years of age

· Current PA State Criminal Check (ACT 34)

· Current PA Child Abuse Clearance (ACT 33)

· Current FBI Clearance (ACT 114)

· Clean National Sex Offender Registry Report

· Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Pass a physical and drug screening

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Support a structured activity intensive atmosphere by facilitating a range of activities including, but no limited to: o Basketball o Volleyball o Softball o Soccer o Ultimate Frisbee o Weight Lifting o Multiple group bonding activities

· Facilitate scheduled opportunities for community service hours

· Provide a structured environment by holding students accountable to appropriate behaviors

· Model desired appropriate behaviors

· Work within the Parameters of Outside In Culture to build and maintain healthy relationships

· Participate in outdoor wilderness & experiential activities such as camping, hiking, & biking
