If this position is not filled by a SIT member by June 4th, the position will be open to all.The Poker Dealer operates and conducts poker games in accordance with Squaxin Island Gaming procedures and internal controls, and the rules and procedures of the appropriate game.Some of what you will do:Promote and encourage positive customer relations at all times through the use of the 7 Water Ways of Guest Service Standards for Little Creek Casino Resort Team Members which are as followsImpress for SuccessSee, smile, welcomePlay the name gameListen, act & respondPromote& suggestAskPositive parting & appreciationDeal cards to players as appropriate according to established rules and regulations.Exchange paper currency for playing chips or coin money.Receive fills and distribute credits with regard to the dealer bank.Announce winning hand to players.Ensure that blinds and/or antes, are placed before cards are dealt.

Monitor game and notify supervisor of any disputes, problems or concerns with either a patron or the progress of a game.RequirementsEducation and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED required.

At least one year of poker dealing experience OR completion of gaming school/training required.Poker Dealers be 21 or older and pass a game audition given by the Poker Room Management.

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
