Responsibilities Develop products that reflect the company’s brand while meeting customer requirements.
Design the process for the preparation of battery materials.
Select, install and commission equipment for the preparation of battery materials.
Prepare procedures that define manufacturing processes.
Lead the creation of prototype cells.
Design the process for the preparation of cells.
Develop testing and analysis processes for cells.
Design and analyze experiments using DOE.
Day-to-day Activities Build a team utilizing strong leadership skills and be a great teammate.
Conduct regular meetings with customers.
Maintain budgets and track performance versus schedules.
Share your six plus years of hands-on battery manufacturing experience with co-workers.
Safely handle chemicals including weighing, mixing, processing, dispensing, and disposal.
Serve as a key member of a high-performance team and role model appropriate behaviors.
Adjust work schedule as needed to accomplish your objectives.
Act independently, be organized and self-motivated, while demonstrating an ability to deal with ambiguity.
Infect the organization with your high energy and positive attitude.
Use your computer knowledge to deploy efficiency improvements tools.
Effectively communicate using your strong oral and writing skills.
Utilize your six-sigma background to lead process improvement projects.
