Level IV, SAP Subject Matter Expert Specialist

Responsibilities

Performs independent quality assurance reviews of program performance and deliverables to ensure that contractual obligations are met.

Responsibility for on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers and findings and adherence to applicable standards, laws, policy, and regulations.

Leads teams for complex work streams and are recognized experts in SAP.

Primarily interact with government clients at the Senior Executive and Flag Levels.

Our SAP consultants help clients identify and execute against their enterprise resource planning needs using SAP technology.

This high performing team helps clients use SAP offerings and/or industry specific solutions to solve their complex business problems in the areas of finance, operations, human capital, customer, and governance, risk and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience: Experience providing strategic or technical expertise leading functional areas on large, complex SAP engagements for Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies that have undergone a financial statement audit.

Years of Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience within the past 15 years of progressive experience in one or more of the following roles (or equivalent): Project Manager, Cutover Lead, Solution Architect/Integration Lead, Deployment Lead, Functional/Technical Team Lead.

Knowledgeable in coordinating across multiple organizations, risk and issue management, and managing multiple priorities.

Knowledge should also include financial management systems architecture and solution design, data conversion, cutover, change management, system security and audit controls.

Minimum Education: Masters Degree from an accredited United States college or university in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.

Minimum Certification: Current certification at the SME level in two or more of the following SAP modules: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SAP Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, SAP HANA, Business Objects, Solution Manager, or Business One.

One or more of these certifications must be at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) level.
