This is a Full-time position in San Francisco, CA posted June 2, 2021.

O’Hagan Meyer has an opening for a full-time Legal Assistant in its Sausalito, CA office.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a law firm setting.

Ideal candidate has experience in general litigation and any experience in labor & employment litigation would be preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to; drafting correspondence, editing and filing pleadings with State and Federal courts, scheduling depositions, file maintenance, travel arrangements, research, expense reports, time entry and maintaining attorney calendars.

Ideal candidate would have high quality computer skills, outstanding organizational skills, outstanding efficiency and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Position will require a “Jack-of-all-trades” administrative employee to handle all aspects of office support and lawyer support.

Ideal assistant may also help with marketing, billing, paralegal work, office management and financial record keeping.

Position is full time, M-F with the possibility of some overtime.
