As a leasing associate on the tower leasing team, you will draft, negotiate, and amend carrier leasing agreements while working with various cross functional teams.
This includes but is not limited to site acquisition, construction operations, accounting.
This team member will be responsive for tracking all leasing tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance requirements are met on new site builds, track/ receive revenue payments and manage insurance coverage for Boingo’s infrastructure portfolio, Most importantly, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of people-driven teams, high performance, collaboration, and innovation.The Boingo Towers Leasing Associate will support the Boingo Tower program in a leasing capacity for towers and small cells across the United States.
This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Real Estate and Leasing and will establish strong and consistent communication methods and will engage with all members of the team.Responsibilities* Draft/Prepare/review/upload tower leases, amendments, written notices/correspondence to carrier real estate teams* Partner with various functional teams (sales, construction operations, site acquisition, accounting, finance) to shepherd carrier agreements through to execution* Track, compile, analyze and report on Tower carrier leasing opportunities and agreement statuses* Track, analyze and drive project/leasing forecast accountability* Work with internal team members to ensure regulatory requirements/site compliance* Coordinate with other teams to confirm project capital approval & budget* Work with clients to track and generate POR’s and invoicing* Work with accounting teams to track and receive payments* Partner with legal team members to revise and improve standard lease templates.* Utilize workflow management tools to capture and validate data.* Verify insurance requirements for vendors performing work on sites and manage insurance coverage for infrastructure portfolio* Ensure data integrity within company systems–Maintain professional, ethical and company standards at all times.Requirements* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SalesForce.* Understanding of web-based project and document systems preferred* Ability to navigate in different systems or software* Proficiency & familiarity with wireless lease agreements-
– proficient in reading and interpreting contracts and legal documents as well as calculating critical dates* Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills with a proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities/imperatives.* Attention to detail (accuracy of project information, documents and deliverables) with the capacity to adapt to a a fast-paced, dynamic environment* Collaborative team player who will drive collaboration, organization and performance within the project team and organization* Strong communicator/negotiator that is eager to take on new challenges and drive change* 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, legal or real estate in the wireless industry is strongly preferred.* A Bachelor’s degree or related work experience is requiredMeet BoingoBoingo Wireless, Inc.
