Leasing Agent

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent for a brand new complex with over 200 units and growing. The ideal candidate must be a reliable team player with multitasking skills, computer savvy, capable of learning quickly, and retaining information.

Job Duties:

• Greet prospects and pre-qualify by covering all criteria.
• Answer multi-phone lines in a friendly professional manner.
• Schedule appointments with prospective tenants to view apartments.
• Determine needs and preferences and professionally present community and apartments while communicating features and benefits.
• Complete the leasing process and all documents accurately.
• Competently and accurately perform all aspects of the leasing process.
• Resolve residents’ complaints with tact and diplomacy.
• Assist management team with other various tasks as required.
• Working with make-ready team to provide a move-in ready apartment

Job Requirements:

• Showing and leasing apartments to prospective tenants
• Respond to leasing inquiries from prospective tenants
• Show apartments to prospective leases
• Providing property statistics and leasing information
• Show property and apartments to prospects
• Meet or exceed leasing goals
• Touring the property with prospective residents
• Prepare leasing documents and contracts
• Show apartments to prospective clients
• Assist Leasing Agent in leasing of apartments
• Demonstrate property amenities, model apartments and available apartments
• Providing administrative and leasing support for assigned property
• Meet or exceed all leasing goals
• Generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation
• Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
• Complete all lease paperwork with future residents
• Showing properties to potential tenants
• Achieve the target leasing goals established for the property
• Qualify prospects and lease units
• Follow company policies for all leasing procedures
