Leader Painter

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Repairs dry wall and plasters, makes minor repairs to damaged walls and ceilings.

2. Paints walls, ceilings, doors, floors, etc., as assigned. Uses spray painter, scrapes, sands, plasters or washes walls as required in preparation for paint or as assigned; paints furniture as assigned.

3. Mixes paint to acquire desired colors; maintains the paint shop in a clean and orderly manner; reports the use of paint and supplies to the supervisor on a regular basis.

4. Ensures that newly painted/cleaned areas are left clean, paint spills are cleaned up appropriately.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Painting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
