**Description**.
As an organization responsible for furthering the enterprise’s move to a customer-centric operating model that relies on agile teaming, EAC (Enterprise Agility and Change) must model agile mindsets, behaviors, and ways of working.
The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching and guiding one or more of EAC’s four scrum teams: Program Transformation Management, EAC Portfolio, Delivery/Development, and Team of Teams.
The Scrum Master improves interactions between the scrum teams and other parts of the EAC organization to maximize productivity.
Finally, the EAC Scrum Master is responsible for arranging and facilitating their team(s) scrum events
– daily Scrum, planning sessions, sprint retrospective, etc..
**Responsibilities**.
**Typical Routines**.
+ Coach and guide 1-2 scrum teams.
+ Coach and support Product Owner on ADO product backlog practices.
+ Schedule, facilitate and/or attend team scrum events and other working sessions.
+ Protect scrum team from interruption.
+ Identify and resolve obstacles that slow down scrum team delivery.
+ Identify and address organizational impediments.
+ Engage and collaborate with the team on process definition and improvement.
+ Provide requested clarity to EAC Team and stakeholders.
+ Complete deliverables when needed.

**How this is Different from a Typical Scrum Master Role**.
+ May scrum a team that lacks a dedicated Product Owner.
+ Needs to think comprehensively about how work flows across EAC teams they do not scrum.
+ Works closely and collaboratively with other EAC Scrum Masters to enable the above.
+ Scrum team is not technology focused like one would find in an IT environment.
**Required Qualifications**.
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
+ Experience with the SDLC.
+ Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence.
+ Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies.
+ Experience in working in multi-team environment.
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

+ Facilitates effective scrum events.
+ Skillfully navigates complex inter-personal dynamics.
+ Coaches and supports team problem solving.
+ Comfortable with facilitation and training.
Agile Expertise.
+ Coaches, educates and mentors organization leaders and their teams on agile mindsets, methodologies and principles.
+ Creates and deploys tools to support teams.
+ Leads training sessions to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply agile methodologies in their day-to-day work.
+ Guides an organization through the transition to agile adoption.
+ Promotes a culture of innovation.
Coaching Experience.
+ Helps individuals, teams, or groups of people achieve a specific personal or professional goal.
+ Helps individuals, teams, or groups identify personal challenges and become more aware of their environments and behavior so they can make the changes they seek.
Azure Dev Ops.
+ Comfortable using Azure Dev Ops; able to complete moderately complex tasks in ADO, including building a delivery plan.
Microsoft Teams.
+ Comfortable using Microsoft Teams; able to proficiently follow EAC guidelines for use of Teams.
