This is a Contract position in Jersey City, NJ posted February 28, 2025.

OUR COMPANY:

We empower parents, connect families with well-trained and highly-qualified mental health professionals, and spread awareness about autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to strengthen our communities. 

SCHEDULE:

  • Type: On-site (remote work unavailable) 

  • Hours: 9am- 5pm OR 11am-7pm Weekends may be required 

  • Location: Jersey City, NJ 

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: 

  • Assist with training and hiring of new staff into a program. 
  • Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
  • Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
  • Regular communication with supervisory staff
  • Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Weekday and weekend availability
  • Collect therapy session data
  • Coordinate services, staffing, and other changes that impact clinic services.
  • Complete work with composure/tact. 
  • Provide 1:1 and group support for students, promoting engagement and academic success.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned to support smooth daily operations.
  • Assisting parents and providers with all needs/connecting them to other support if outside of staff’s ability to assist. 
  • ***This role is expanding & expected to lead to growth within the company at this location. Work requirments may change.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work with remote and in person team members efficiently 
  • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills and work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and groups 
  • Strong decision-making skills 
  • Must be able to work effectively with patients and families of all ages and cultural backgrounds 
  • Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions 
  • Adaptability to changing situations in a calm and professional manner 
  • Ability to handle confidential information (HIPPA compliant) 
  • Proven to thrive in administrative environments
  • Positive and encouraging in disposition
  • Ability to maintain organization standards in a high paced environment 
  • Ability to navigate high stress conversations with tact / mitigate complaints / escalate to supervisor as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year minimum of ABA experience
  • BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
  • Valid RBT certification
  • Previous experience in an Case Management/Family Support related position preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and related computer software 
  • Ability to communicate effectively

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Pay: 

  • $50,000-55,000-per year
