This position of Lead Marketing Tech Analyst requires the ability to roll up your sleeves and dive in to understand our current business environment, needs, and tools, and use your expertise in marketing technologies and integration to improve our workflow processes, reporting, and efficiencies for the larger Marketing organization.
We need you to be a master of Workfront, as you’ll be the go-to for questions, training, template nuances, and dashboards.
A whiz with Excel, to pull data and create reports of all kinds.
An agent for collaboration and positive relationships, as you’ll work with a wide range of key stakeholders including creative, automation, channel business partners, PMs, procurement, and help manage outside partners and vendors.
Your Responsibilities:
-Use specialized expertise in marketing technology software or platforms to improve the user experience, reporting and distribution.
-Serve as a resource for best practices and quality measures on cross
– functional teams or projects.
-Research and identify potential new vendors and/or technology solutions to improve Marketing efficiency.
-Gather feedback from stakeholders and provide discussion forums to improve the user experience.
-Work with various technical staff members to determine possible solutions; keep leaders informed of updates and new technologies.
-Lead project teams to develop or modify complex processes and/or systems.
-Gather feedback from stakeholders and provide discussion forums to improve the user experience.
-Mentor team members; plan and coordinate work assignments, review progress and evaluate results.
-Maintain expert knowledge of platforms, tools and processes.
Your Qualifications:
-Expert understanding of marketing technology software and platforms (Workfront, Brandfolder, Adobe, Google Cloud Platform, CRM and Marketing Cloud)
-Knowledge of project management methodologies
-Analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and oral communication and relationship building skills
-Ability to work as part of a team to strategize and collaborate with internal clients and marketing partners
-Excellent ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure while meeting deadlines
-Eight years of experience developing technical solutions
-Preferred Qualifications: Financial Services experience (Retirement, Employee Benefits, Life Insurance, Investments)
Education:
-Bachelors degree in information technology, marketing or relevant field or equivalent experience.
