JOB TITLE: Lead IFLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, HourlySHIFT SCHEDULE: Part-timeDEPT/LOCATION: TBDREPORTS TO:Site Manager The Lead Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, courteous and quality service to all customers.
This includes operating a cash register, greeting customers, assisting with fuel dispensers, cash handling, light janitorial duties, maintaining car wash (where applicable) and other duties as assigned.
The Lead CSA performs all of the duties of CSA in addition to assisting in the daily operations and supervision of a gas station/convenience store.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform cashier and attendant duties Maintain various reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis Assist with the review and maintenance inventory procedures (daily, weekly)Assist with vendor ordering and review of invoicing (daily, weekly)Order, clean, rotate merchandise (Check expiration dates and face-off product)Check-in and meet with vendorsPrice and stock merchandise, build displaysLearn and become proficient with daily data collection and input into the systemProcess invoices, mark-ups, mark-downs, and price changesAssist in training and motivating store employees (safety, maintenance, cleaning, etc)Provide friendly and efficient customer service (assist customers when needed)Assist with maintaining the stores site image inside and out (cleaning, stocking, etc)Enforce and abide by all corporate policies and proceduresOperate cash register to enter a convenience store and gasoline purchasesAccount for all monies, cigarettes and lottery tickets on shiftAssist in cooking convenient store food if applicableLight janitorial duties collect and dispose of trash, wash windows, clean and maintain equipment, lot car wash buildingMiscellaneous duties as assigned
