UST Global® is looking for talented and creative Senior Advisor, Project/Program Management.
Essential Requirements
• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably as a Global PM
• 2+ years as an HR (and preferably Talent Acquisition focused) PM leading global M&A projects
• Strong experience in managing both acquisitions and divestitures within HR
• History of managing mid to large sized projects (100+ to 1000+ team members in project scope), including developing project plans, using project tools (e.g. Smartsheets), and creating project communications and Executive Summaries
Desirable Requirements:
• M&A project experience within the Talent Acquisition function
• Develop, follow, and maintain an appropriate project plan
• Ensure that all required milestones and deliverables associated with the project plan are completed on time
• Work with key members of Global TA along with a cross functional team of SME’s from other HR functions
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders within TA and greater HR
• Other activities as required
