Lead Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities Elicit and document detailed requirements from stakeholders, business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Architects and any other IT teams. Work with users and stakeholders to solicit input, understand gaps, and recommend solutions. Ability to create detailed process flows including integration needs between systems and data mapping between systems Ability to analyze and document business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the consumer experience Collaborate with project development teams to ensure quality function, features and user experience Work with cross-functional teams to track dependencies and delivery of work Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs Assist in creation of Test cases with QA and conduct business UAT, acting as user champion. Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming consensus building skills, and interact with executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience and Qualifications Strong banking experience a must have 5-8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst Preferred Worked on Commercial Loans Origination systems. Knowledge of Commercial Real-estate Loans is an added advantage. Alternate Worked on projects that cover end to end mortgage lending process Experience with both Agile and SCRUM methodology Proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results Ability to lead project teams and be an escalation point to resolve issues. Experience working in an onsiteoffshore model. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
