Pinwheel Healing Center LLC is growing! We are looking to hire additional Outpatient Therapists (OT), LCSW who enjoy’s working with all ages to join our team. Must be licensed in New Mexico.

The OT provides screening and assessment, recommendations, referrals, treatment planning, orientation to treatment, psychotherapeutic treatment, follow-up, and all associated paperwork. Must be available for some evening hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Schedule, complete, and document competent mental health screening and assessment.

· Screen for mental health problems and make accurate client in arranging diagnosis.

· Make appropriate recommendations and assist clients in arranging for services to follow through on recommendations.

· Orient new clients to the program.

· Obtain ROI for professionals associated with the client to acquire past records and to coordinate care.

· With client’s participation, complete treatment/recovery plan and quarterly reviews.

· Staff cases with program supervision and peer consultation group.

· Provide referrals for psychiatric appointments for clients, as indicated.

· Refer for additional or alternative services as indicated.

· Document all contacts with the client and complete all required records in a timely manner, including discharge, following program policies & procedures.

· Follow requirements of the company and program policies.

· Provide individual therapy, and/or group therapy, if qualified or appropriately supervised.

· Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.

· Maintain licenses and certifications, including completion of continuing education requirements, and provide documentation of CEU’ s to COO.

· Assist in marketing PWHC and the program.

· Understand and maintain HIPAA Compliance Standards relative to the PWHC and all other governing agency regulations.

· Maintain a professional, collegial manner, at all times.

· Attend all staff and departmental meetings.

· Set and follow through with learning goals for professional growth of skills.

· Respond to request for information promptly.

· Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

· Master’s or Doctorate degree. The counselor must provide a current copy of his/her/their license. This is a requirement for entitlement to employment.
