We collect detailed, employee-level data on an array of attributes directly from employers that covers a significant share of the US and global workforce in technology, life sciences, financial services, and other sectors.
In addition, we are rapidly ingesting a wide variety of other labor market-relevant data in structured and unstructured forms.
We are looking for a labor economist who can use their econometric skills and knowledge of labor markets to help us extract novel insights from this unique trove of data.Human Capital Data Scientists will have the opportunity to apply and develop advanced data skills and play an important role in delivering innovative solutions.

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
