Offering support for assigned accounts including, but not limited to: presentations, quoting, sampling and order management.

Providing customer specific costing and quoting within margin parameters.

Monitoring shipments to ensure all logistical requirements have been met including ship dates.

Orchestrating all communications between overseas office and sales team.

Primary Responsibilities: Work with assigned accounts and sales reps, handling operational, logistical and administrative functions.

Collaborate with assigned sales team members to manage monthly forecast by customer.

Complete customer quotes in a timely manner and within margin targets.

Travel to shows and customer sites to work with assigned customers and sales team members.

Follow up on customer claims and chargebacks.

Other responsibilities as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required: Education: BS degree in business or related field preferred; or relevant work experience.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, merchandising, and/or marketing.

Retail or wholesale experience is beneficial.

Skills: Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills with people both verbal and written; Computer proficiency especially in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and clearly define objectives; Ability to execute plans under time restraints; Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
