Junior Program Analyst

InTec, LLC

This is a Full-time position in Atlanta, GA posted January 4, 2022.

Responsibilities

This position is in OCIO (Office of the Chief Information Officer).

The Program Analyst will be supporting all the aspects of the front office business processes.

The Program Analyst will conduct processes and procedures as required by the program office.

The specific risk level for this position will be provided under the task order.

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Gather, review, document, and analyze program office business processes.
  • Prepare ad-hoc dashboards, operations diagrams, and standard operating procedures, as requested.
  • Support program office business process optimization by assisting with analysis of current operations, documenting shortfalls, and developing and creating actionable recommendations for improvements.
  • Gather and organize information from a variety of sources such as records, computer files, previous studies, interviews, accountable property etc.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying program capabilities and writing specifications.
  • Assist in preparation of statistical analyses and evaluation of program performance as it relates to various operations. 
  • Prepare and edit various kinds of written correspondence.
  • Review and analyze documents submitted for completeness and accuracy.
  • Define project requirements by pinpointing milestones, phrases, and elements.
  • Update automated records/database, as applicable.
  • Prepare a variety of reports, as needed.
  • Process various types of incoming inquiries and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree At least two years of experience in program analysis, project management, or related field.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change. 
  • Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements.
