Junior Business Analyst

n nnReporting to the Finance Manager, the Junior Business Analyst is responsible for producing and maintaining data analysis that support Nathan Adelson Hospice”s (NAH) overall Business Operations.

Using various Business Intelligence applications, this position will be tasked with generating timely and accurate reports that support the organization with data compilation/extraction, operational analysis, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring, and variance analysis of financial results compared to Forecast, Budget, and prior periods.nn nnIn additional, this position will actively support and promote the NAH”s vision, mission, and overall philosophy through their efforts and quality of work.nn nn Education and Experience: nn Bachelors of Science/Arts Degree in Accounting or Finance field; At least 5+ years of experience in Financial Operations or Accounting is required; working knowledge of Healthcare Operations and hospice experience preferred; At least 5+ years of working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Intermediate experience with Excel is preferred (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.); SQL knowledge and familiarity; Database experience including data mining, understanding relational databases, report writing and data analysis, knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio for view development; Experience with Crystal Reports and Crystal Management Console or Business Objects; Netsmart Homecare experience a plus; Experience with advanced reporting and Business Intelligence applications such as SAP, BI360, Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Dashboard and/or similar tools; Experience working in a team setting as well as independently to support organizational/departmental goals; nn Required Licensure and Certification: nn n Possess an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.

Must maintain a clean driving record.
