Its A Secret Med Spa is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Cosmetic Injector.

The ideal candidate would be an individual with formal training in cosmetic injectables, has at least 1 year of experience or training, has passion for the industry, is resourceful, dependable, has a willingness to learn, strong communication skills and an aptitude for sales.A Day in the Life of A Cosmetic InjectorEvaluate client’s needs to properly recommend and develop appropriate treatment plans, services and skin care products during client consultations.Perform any and all neurotoxin and filler injections according to the compliance standards of practice set forth by the company and state law.Engage in training peers on services and help the team succeed with sales goals.Promote and engage in Company social media.Upkeep accurate documentation of all treatments administered within all client medical records.Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management of inventory needs and inventory counts.Maintain a professional neat appearance that adheres to the Company’s dress code.Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in various skillsets.Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.Maintain an elite, clean and organized work/treatment areas throughout the location.Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by your direct supervisor.Maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation to ensure our client and Company needs are met.Up-sell products, services and treatment plans to clients to ensure their desired goal will be met.Skills, Qualifications and Experience NeededRegistered Nurse License issued by the State is required.American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Program is required.Working weekends and having a flexible schedule is required.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification beneficial.Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for transportation.Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel and push/pull up 50 lbs.Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Location: 2935 Blackburn St.
