Responsibilities? 

• Serve as the first point of contact for?employees?seeking technical assistance over the phone,?email?or in person.? 
• Deepen your knowledge of all things IT by performing?troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.? 
• Research to determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by?employees.?Walk the?employees?through the problem-solving process.? 
• Learn and provide accurate information on IT products or services.? 
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.? 
• Interface with our employees and follow-up and update status and information.? 
• Learn and develop expertise in virtual meeting software platforms through interface with our employees and passing on any feedback or suggestions by employees to the appropriate internal team.? 
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.? 

Requirements? 

• Proven experience as a?help desk technician?or other customer support role.? 
• Tech savvy with entry level working knowledge Windows 10 and the Mac OS, databases and remote control?which you will develop into deep expertise through hands on learning and troubleshooting.  
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products. 
• Deep curiosity driving your desire to develop your ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.? 
• Proficiency in English? 
• Excellent problem solving skills? 
• Customer-oriented and?a general?positive?attitude a must!  

Desired Skills and Experience 

• High School Diploma, plus 2 years of computer technology education or equivalent job experience in an IT department 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Uncompromising attention to detail 

Compensation for this position DOE. You will receive up to three weeks paid vacation, eleven paid holiday days; paid sick time; 100%%%% employer-paid health, dental, vision, disability and term-life policy premiums for employee; insurance benefits available for dependents which is paid by employee through pre-tax 125 cafeteria plan; FSA or HSA plans available for employee-paid co-pays/deductibles or dependent care expenses; 401k plan; gated employee parking; company-paid cell phone; company-paid outings.  

Position requires sitting or standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 30 pounds, extensive use of a computer, driving an automobile and personal automobile available for business use (mileage is reimbursed), occasional national travel with out-of-town stays as long as seven days (sometimes longer), non-compete agreement and non-disclosure agreement
