The IT System Engineer – Windows (MSP) will be able to work from home 90% of the but MUST live in DC, Northern Virginia, or Maryland to be accessible to our client based when needed onsite.
The IT System Engineer – Windows (MSP) will be working on several projects at a time.
As an IT System Engineer – Windows (MSP) your responsibilities will include cloud migrations (O365/Azure/G-Suite), virtualizing servers (VMware or Hyper-V, troubleshooting networks (Cisco and SonicWall), and supporting escalated applications, desktops, servers issues.
We are only seeking applicants for the IT System Engineer – Windows (MSP) position who have at least 1 year of experience working for a Managed or Cloud Services Provider.
- Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 Servers
- Installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 7/10, and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
- Implementing or configuring Office 365 and G-Suite
- Implementing client/server applications architecture
- Implementing network software and hardware upgrades
- Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
- Cloud experience via AWS/AZURE
