Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested) * Responsible for the most complex testing and analysis of all elements of the network facilities including: power, software, communications devices, lines, modems and terminals.
* Monitors and controls the performance and status of the network resources.
* May function in a lead capacity within the department. Provides guidance and direction for less experienced personnel.
Required Education & Experience: (or equivalent) * MA/MS degree; BA/BS degree with 12+ years relevant experience will be considered in lieu of MA/MS
* 10+ years of relevant experience
